Thank you Tenkan,
My intention is do have a dedicated program while keeping other programs handled by my therapist. I hope Connexx can work easily with two separate software control instances.

Yeah sure no problem, the clinic will notice that you have set the “ program” up the first time and any other time you make adjustments, because Connexx will tell them straight away, no biggie tho, these are your so you can do what you like, just remember your Audiologist work’s for you not the other way round ; )

Audiologist
Yes I talk to her about it first and I believe we will cooperate. I need a sandbox program to test/tune with real noise conditions.
Thanks for sharing !

Hi all
Does anyone have the latest connexx software ?
Although I have Phonak, my grandmother is equipped with some last-gen Rexton and I have doubts about her settings, thinking about checking it out and make some suggestions to her Audi if needed because all the family have a list of situations where she can’t hear a damn thing and it’s quite frustrating having to yell for someone who supposedly have appropriate hearing aids to understand anything…
Thanks for your help !

Hi there,
About to receive the new Rexton Reach and would appreciate receiving a copy of the appropriate version of the Connexx software to work with them. I will be ordering the Noahlink Wireless 2 as I realize that is also needed.
Thanks,
Cathy

I’ve been reading and learning about for my new Signia from HearUSA. If they aren’t locked, I’m getting the Noahlink wireless 2 because my Audiologist is challenging to work with, so I’m hoping to take things into my own hands. Can anyone help with the connexx software? TIA!

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, please be sure to research and read the user guides before starting your DIY projects as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, if your “Hear USA” are marked Signia I’m sure you’ll be fine, I haven’t heard models from them are locked, so yes sometimes it’s just one of those situations where DIY is the way forward to get things done!

Hello Everyone,
I’m new to this forum and currently searching for the Connexx 9 software. Could someone please share a download link?
I recently got the Signia Pure Charge&Go BCT IX7, but my audiologist seems to be having trouble fitting them properly. I feel like he’s unable to adjust the settings to fully utilize the potential of the devices.
Because of this, I’ve decided to try adjusting them myself. He did transfer the settings from my old Signia device, which were better tuned, but the hearing experience with the new ones is completely different.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
I’ve just purchased a pair of Silk Charge&Go IX but am having little luck with my (very patient) audiologist so I’d like to have a go at programming them myself.
I would greatly appreciate your help with the software and any pointers for the correct hardware required.
Thank you!
