Thanks a lot!
Hi there, great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, those IX could use connexxAir or a HiPro and cables/flex connecters.
Gi bro ,i need your help again,i,m trying to fit my Hansaton hering aid ,but how can i use Noalink wireless?it is not in de list of the hardware, and i also can,t update the Hansaton fitting software,do you have any solutions for this?help
Thanks so much for sharing the file to Connexx 9, and thanks for the advise on reading the guides before starting. Super useful. Been able to program the Signia Motion 13P 3NX hearing aids just fine and fine tune them really well. Much appreciated.
Was wondering if I could get a copy of latest available Connexx 8 this time? (reason below, thanks for your help)
Problem I ran into: configuring the Audio Streaming settings.
For some reason Connexx 9 lists this option under Fitting>Fine Tuning as being “not available for the connected hearing aids”, thus is does not show up on the main interface, and under “Configure Menu” is greyed out.
The Motion 13P Nxs Do support bluetooth/streaming alright (tried from an iPhone and the Streamline TV, and the Signia datasheet also says this)
Was wondering if there was a copy available of the latest version of Connexx 8, to try seeing if this config was accessible there by chance?
Can additionally try asking in the greater forum if the greyed out config question is a good fit there.
That’s strange tho, but then again NX they need the extra accessory to stream calls/media for Android, PC etc they are so if you have Apples you should be able to configure there, in Connexx its found under Fine Tuning - Audio Streaming not “configuration” going back to an older version isn’t going to help, as you’ve programmed them using a later version you may run into another issue trying to use older, I wonder if it’s the base model (3) you have and not the premium 7?
Thanks for your reply/suggestion. Yeah, very odd isn’t it?
As suggested, I tried configuring streaming settings on iOS on the iPhone’s “Hearing Aids” config. I can tweak a few things, but unfortunately does not fix the issue I am experiencing.
Additional context in case it helps:
Reprogramming HIs for family member. The original programming by the Audiologist done 5+ years ago (saved/backed up as suggested over here) does stream fine. I have tested this on iOS as well as Android + Streamline TV accessory. Tested barebones and also with the Signia App installed. However, on doing a “recalculate fit” ( change for instance, or doing a first fit) the streaming capability breaks. HIs connect to the phone/accessory and streaming appears normal, but the audio AND HI mics are silent.
If I load/restore the initial programming, streaming works again.
Looking for a way to adjust “Audio Streaming / Bluetooth” settings on these Motion 13P 3Nx HIs, so I can re-fit + have streaming set up.
Happy to hear about any other ideas/thoughts on what I could try or where to look.
Understanding there might be issues, Is there a chance to get Connexx Eight to test?
can come back and comment for posterity (happy to write in another post to not spam this thread, please let me know)
Yeah so the first thing that hits me is why are you in the “configure” window to begin with? that’s not where I’d recommend, you shouldn’t at all need to go there, so I’d start with setting to default and leave it there.
Next is restart your PC and open Connexx and make a new client and start a new fitting with entering etc, do not copy anything from the into this client, let’s see what’s possible and show’s up here like this, it’s gotta be something simple and yes by all means lets try Connexx 8.
Hi there, as you have the Noahlink wireless already I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time, do read the user guide as this will help setting up the first time.
Hello, it looks like I will need to learn to program my hearing aids. I have a Siemens Motion Primax SP (). I am just starting this new adventure. I believe I need to purchase the Connexxair equipment and use it with Connexx 8 software for this particular model. Is that correct, or will Connexx 9 also work? Thank you for sharing the link to the appropriate software and for any other advice you may have.
Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, yep the connexxAir will do and 8.0 .
I just get my Signia Pure C&G T IX hearing aids. My a-graph suggest me to get latest Connex software. Tip from Hearing Aid Club ro get it from this forum.
Hi there @Carimbox great your giving a go do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device.
I’m a new user with the Signia Silk Charge&Go IX. I was wondering if you could share the download link for the software. I’m looking to by the Connex Air device to program them, once I find one that is reasonably priced and ships to Australia.
