I just get my Signia Pure C&G T IX hearing aids. My a-graph suggest me to get latest Connex software. Tip from Hearing Aid Club ro get it from this forum.

Is it possible I can get a link for Connexx 9 software

Hi there @knut great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Try 8.5 but version 6.5 I’d think this should do it for really old stuff, otherwise you need to install 6.5 first and then 8.5, also what programmer are you using, HiPro or connexxlink, whats exact model you have is the pure 701 or 7mi ?

Uh? Siemens and Signia are the same, only a name change, you don’t get a Siemens 8 in Connexx, they changed their name by that time, as mentioned you already have 6.5 and that’s for legacy models like the 701.

I think the client’s hearing aid needs servicing. It gives output, I only couldnt get it connected to Fitting software. So not able to program it for him

Hi tenkan, great to have help in this forum!
Especially because of those stupid hearing aid specialists who don’t want to give you control over the expensively purchased device!
I need to have hearing aids now (bicros) and now testing with Audio Service IF Li 8.
That’s why I also need the software Connexx 9.x! I know that I additionally need the Noahlink Wireless….
Can you help me to get the Connexx Software? Thank you so much!
