On my iPhone under Bluetooth settings it gives the 3 Phonak names. I have changed the last name but cannot figure out how to change the other 2 - LE_L-Phonak hearing aids and LE_R-Phonak hearing aids.
I absolutely do not want the words ‘hearing aids’ showing. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Take a look at this picture of Target its not very clear but I think what you want changing is at the button. If that’s not it then I’m not sure!

The LE R Hearing Aid etc is actually telling you that you are connected to the App so not sure you can change it in Target.

My LE_L and LE_R always say not connected. If I click on them, they only connect for about 10 seconds. Is this normal?

All to do with being connected to the myPhonak app. Nothing to do with actually taking calls or listening to audio. Check your app.

If they tell me that I am connected to my App, which I am, they why does it say ‘Not connected’?
