Does anyone have an opinion about Bernafon Alpha?

Well as no one else has answered, I’d say not much, Bernafon is not a popular or a for the most part a favourite, but I guess that depends on what part of the world your in, they were mostly known for the “channelfree” way of processing the sound signal for less distortion etc.

The Alpha seems like a good , the company is owned by William Demant Holding who make the “More” famous Oticon models so should be good value.

Why not get a trial from your audiologist clinic, you could see for yourself plus give a first hand review for hearingtracker.

I sold a few sets these last months and they are pretty great. Great for musicians too. They look the same as the Oticon More, and use most of the same technology.

Hi. Can you tell me how much Alpha improvement over Zerena9 ? I am all for music.

Zerena9 did great (take very long time to tune the settings and find the right one…). Will Alpha make anything different? I don’t think its will give me better hearing because Zerena9 already did good. But I am open to anything improvement.

I am on the fence to buy Alpha but I am afraid its will be just waste of money.

Hello, honestly I don’t think it improved that much for music. They call it a “Hybrid” aid now, switching between Omni and Directional focus. I’m not sure it’s worth upgrading to from Zerena9 (which is a great aid)

I have Bernafon Alpha miniRITE T. They are excellent as long as they work properly. But when starts problems it’s very annoying. They change the program whenever, bluetooth connection comes and goes, volume changes itself. Battery may last up to five days or then just one day even the use is practically copy-paste from ay to day.
