Getting warble sound with Signia AX hearing aids when in music program

ellisonvoice the app really ticked me off. Then it was updated.

The bug in the app was that my hearing aids would revert to the first program when I had a phone call, or an app on my phone made an announcement.

After they changed the app it would revert to the program I had been using.That’s better.

A concern now is that I can’t tell what program my hearing aids are in unless I look at the app on my phone.

Hello DaveL. Yes, the software is clearly in need of further development. You seem to have got around most of the issues, though. Maybe a direct email to Phonak’s developers, as a user, would help them.

I’ve tried. Their office is about 2 miles away. They will talk to an audiologist; not to me.

I’ve sat in my audiologists office as he called Phonak. I’ve heard exactly what each party has said.

My take: I’m not Phonak’s customer. He is.
