For reasons I cannot grasp, and in spite of the zillion users here screaming for Target and make their own tweaks, Phonak for some reasons refuses to make the software available (see the repetitive useless replies here). FYI the Pirate Bay version is old, but totally safe ofc and updates fine to version 8 when installed. With a Noahlink Wireless plugged in on your PC, you can connect your Phonak hearing aids from within Target (“connect”). Make sure to switch off other Bluetooth connections (like your phone) first (I have P90Rs). This setup was a lifesaver for me, I used an automatic re-fit, then increased the gain a bit for all freqs. A total mystery why Phonak works so hard to prevent users from doing this, and making their excellent hardware more widely available. We are (partly) deaf, not idiots.

Looking to program some Phonak P90’s and would like to download the most recent (available) Target software. Thanks in advance!!

Pretty well all the manufacturers hide their fitting software. In some territories it’s a regulatory requirement as fitting software is classed as a “medical device”.
Anyway no need to get some obsolete version from Pirate Bay. If someone posts their need for it here, then one of us (you can work out who if you read the last couple of weeks of any thread) will PM you the information you are looking for. You just need to wait a few hours depending on time zone and what else people are doing in their lives.

Yes, you’ve actually shared a few links with me! I successfully programmed my Oticon More 1’s thanks to your link, worked flawlessly with my Noahlink wireless. My audi said I was the first client of his to ever do so!

Hey TenKan, can you please shoot me the link for Phonak fitting software? I’ve got what I need otherwise. Just don’t want to use my credentials. Thank you in advance.

The fan noise experience can be several things but usually means your hearing aid directionality is working VERY hard and may be working against you. Here are the options to alleviate this: There may be a problem with compression, which can be fixed by decreasing G80 and increasing G50 curves in the “fine-tuning” section, changing your feedback measures, your receivers are not powerful enough, or you need to change the directionality of your microphones. Hard to know which one without seeing your audio, but I would start with mic directionality.
