Hi there, sure it’s available, you’ll also need the correct programming device as well for your projects, Noahlink wireless the later models Marvel platform onwards, iCube ll for the older models.
Do read the target user guides as these are very helpful for setting up the first time, if you not sure about anything just ask by posting a new topic in DIY forum.
This guide provides you with a detailed introduction to hearing instrument fitting with Phonak Target.

Hi folks. I’ve recently got some new on the NHS - they’re Phonak Naida M70 SP. I could do with making some adjustments, as I have to wait a month in between appts and I’m sure my audiologist is sick of seeing me! Please can I have the Target software download link, and the NHS code to unlock? I am assuming I will need to purchase the Noahlink wireless too. Thanks so much

Phonak Naida M70 SP and Phonak Naida P70 UP from NHS are not locked.
Just the Phonak Nathos Nova are locked. They are rebranded Phonak Bolero M70.
You’ll need the Noahlink Wireless. Someone will come a long with the software for you soon. @tenkan

Anyone else being unable to update Target from 8.1 to 9? Get a long text document instead of GUI. Is v.9 incompatible with Win10? Had to uninstall, reinstall 8.1.

Yeah I wonder what went wrong, version 9 works fine with win10, someone else mentioned it as well, but they were using a “virtual machine”

I tried it just now. I can confirm, it still works with my win10 installation.
I haven’t done the firmware update yet, since my ’s batteries are pretty low this evening.

I did successfully ugrade from 8.1 to 9, including firmware upgrade. Initially it failed becaused despite 8.1 being terminated, the system did not recognize so.
So I did the usual: restart computer and then it worked.
This is Windows10, Version 22H2.
