Steviewunda - the Target user guides are available on the Phonak website Target User Guide | Phonak10 (this is the UK website - yours may be different)

I am just testing a Luminity hearinaud and I will test an infinity after, I will like to play with them with the tracker software, I have already downloaded the manual from the phonak website, and I have seen that I need the noahlink wireless 2 to connect them, I have search and I found they sell it from ebay or AliExpress, I will buy it later. Could anyone send me the latest tracker software ?

is anyone able to advise how I can get a copy of Phonak’s Target software?
I am having issues with background noise during Bluetooth streaming and my audiologist knows less than me about the related settings. I know I need a noahlink too, but not much point in buying one of those if I don’t have the Target software.

Hi tenkan, thank you so much for your assistance, much appreciated.
I am experiencing an increase in high frequency background noise which coincides with streaming. I think this may be fixed by increasing the Soft Noise Reduction setting.
Do you know whether the Noahlink is solely hardware or do I need software to make that work with Target?

You’d need to reduce the microphones for environmental noise as that’s where the sound source is coming from, that setting is for “soft” which in quiet place reduce the sound from things like fridge, fans etc
And yes the Noahlink wireless programming device is the hardware interface between your and Phonak target software on your PC.
I guess the ability to see how the aids are set up now and experiment (after saving the original profile as you recommended) will really help me get the best out of them. it was the thread here that made me consider the Soft Noise Reduction setting:
Specifically, the posting by “Mick” from Colorado in Nov 2023.
I have also been searching the web and found nothing that really explains thoroughly what the various settings are for and how to optimise performance during streaming. Its perhaps not surprising that many audiologists struggle too, given the rapid development in technology and the range of devices on the market.

Speaking of Noahlink, I somehow have lost mine. An eBay search revealed that there is a newer model. I looked for that, and ran across one on Aliexpress at what I thought was a pretty good deal. I know that a lot of folks are cautious about buying from them, and I am not here to promote them by any means. But, if you are looking to buy a Noahlink, by all means shop around.
Hi officiandos! I am new to the forum. I see a lot to like here regarding self-programming. I have a pair of Phonak Costco KS9.0 aids. I am hoping to get the link to install the Target software so that I can examine my settings and hopefully improve my settings. Hoping to get a little more mileage out of the KS9’s before upgrading. Thanks in advance!
