Phonak Target software download new

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have Phonak I90R. I will receive a Noahlink2 in a few weeks and I’d like to download the last Phonak Target to get use to it before trying real adjustments. I would also like to understand how to backup my original settings (those of my audiologist) in order to be able to revert in case of bad manipulation…

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, as you have the Noahlink wireless on the way I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Make sure when you first connect to the hearing aids you choose “read out fitting from hearing aids.” Then save the setting. Maybe save it as a couple of different names like “backup a” and “backup b” under like a fake client name.

Then start a new session and work from there. If you ever need to revert to your backup you just open that client and session and restore from session.

Phonak target is proposing to update to 11.1.

Is it safe to do so with my I90R ?

But it’s not until you agree for firmware update after Target update. So you can have updated 11.1 with un-updated I90.

The update of the Target is completely separate than Infinios firmware update.

I believe you sent me Phonak Target 6 a few years back. Unfortunately, since then, my laptop has died, so i need to install the software on my new laptop. I looked at our old messages but the we transfer link has expired.
