I have read a few messages here mentioning that the owner of Costco KS10 hearing aids paired them with a Phonak Select IN device. I have bought a Phonak TV connector and Partner Mic on eBay and had no trouble connecting them to my KS10 hearing aids. I use the TV connector daily and occasionally the partner mic. However at meetings or when dining out I wanted to get a device to hear the conversations. A Phonak Select IN seemed perfect and I bought one on eBay.
However I cannot connect it to my hearing aids as I had done with the TV connector and the partner mic. When I try to get info all I read about are Roger in and Roger receptors. I cannot get the Select IN to my hearing aid.
How do I do it? Do I need a “license” for it to work? Any ideas or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ed
