Which model, I haven’t heard of Alp, can you verify the exact model you have? for llC you’ll also need the correct programming device and cables/flex connecters.

I can’t say for sure about the App, do you use the streamer pro with your ? There’s an app for that called “ConnectLine” find it in the app store for your particular mobile device.
You’ll need to check if Oticon Genie will work on your HAs for programming, I don’t know if it’s going to, I see your models are from 2015 as well.

While we are at it, might as well look at this one also.
I don’t believe there is any such hearing aid model named Oticon Alp. Though, I could be wrong
When the custom mold was made they can write whatever they want to write on the mold. Maybe ALP is a reference to the (speaker/receiver/balanced-armature) that was used?? But that’s just a guess? I dunno.
I believe that you already have Genie 2017.1 which is the “last” version of Oticon Genie to support Legacy hearing aids.
Have you tried a wired connection like this?
- USB Cable to Hi Pro
- Standard CS44 cables from Hi Pro to Flexstrips (3-conductor style)
- Flexstrips plugged into the hearing aid (atop the battery door) with the black alignment dot facing UP, not down
- Fresh battery in the hearing aid for power
If you can Connect to the hearing aid then you can find out which model it is.
Also, can you post a picture of the other side of this hearing aid? The side with the door.

Thank you for helping. The appropriate adapter cables for that model have already been ordered
