Hi all
SW Upgrades don’t work anymore. the error message shows: No connection to the internet.
All other internet access works.
SW 7.3.1 to 8.0.3.
Can I please have a link for the package?

Hi all
Today I wanted to do the update again (8.0.3 → 8.1.2) and again the error message: BitsInfrastructureException: Exception of type ‘Sonova.Chinook.Application.AppServices.Web.Bits.BitsInfrastructureException’ was thrown.

I can’t uninstall the SW because I don’t have the latest SW to install.
Is there a permanent link for the latest SW?

This is one of the reasons i don’t recommend to update, unless there’s something that is essential you actually don’t need to do any updates.

Well you should uninstall your older version before installing any new files, just incase it “throws” the errors again.
