Hi. I have an Oticon smart charger and when I put my devices in overnight the next morning the right unit gets charged to 100%, but the left one only goes up to about 80%. If I put them on the USB charger they both charge to 100% - no problem. this is a recent development. Has anyone else had this issue with the smart charger?

Yes my audiologist got me a new smart charger and it has been working great.

My Smart Charger has a 3 year warranty.
My USB charger was replaced easily under warranty for a similar issue as you described.
