I didnt like Sincro ( I prefered Tego and Tego pro) - The epoq XW was a step forward over the synchro. I wasn’t a fan of Alto and Agil, I prefered Nera pro (that was a decent instrument)
But again, most hearing aids from 2010 is 15yr tech
