Welcome to the forum sure, but have you got the Noahlink wireless programming device, because you’ll need that as well for any projects, check out the user guides as well very helpful for setting up the first time.

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, it’s windows only so you’ll need to run a virtual machine or use bootcamp.
You’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for your projects.

I have just had my Oticon Real 1 hearing aids set up by a hearing care professional,

For each adjustment, I have to make a long move and after several moves and adjustments, I find that the hearing aids are not optimized for my hearing

To save me traveling and to be able to optimize my hearing aids as best as possible, could you please send me the link to download the Oticon Génie 2023.2 configuration software.

First time user here, trialing a Real 3 / combo - I have read the user guide and know I’ll need a wireless link, but would be grateful for help finding the Genie 2 - thanks in advance!
