Noobie questions about Connexx 9

I am getting ready to take my first drive with Connexx and I have watching all the You Tube videos and some of the webinars. But I have a few noobie questions before I dive off the deep end.

  1. How can backup and restore my existing settings just in case I screw things up too badly?
  2. Can I make a copy of my settings?

Step 4 – Save your Original Professional Settings (if any)

Yes you can make a backup of your Audiology clinic settings, which is the first thing to do, just make up a client in Connexx and call it first settings or whatever you wish, then click on connect, once connected to your just click on save to database and HAs.
You can then make up a new client and start exploring/experimenting with settings. Easy as.

You don’t have to make up multiple clients to save your original settings. That could lead to confusion. Client Sessions are never overwritten, therefore when you save your original settings into your first session they will always remain the first session.
