Yeah that’s a really unfortunate situation you’ve got, Widex are as good as any others in the reliability department, has Widex or your Audiologist explained what the issues are with the previous failures?

The first pair were lemons that were just noise with no speech clarity, wind reduction and constant warnings of a low battery. The next pair stopped connecting to Bluetooth and would constantly turn off and on every 3 seconds. The new left hearing aid sounds like an old amp the buzzes and pops, the wind reduction is non existent and the sound is just noise with nothing helping with speech clarity. The left hearing aid is just too painful to wear, so I’m wearing the 2018 Oticons until the new hearing aid comes in. They may not be correct for my newer hearing loss, but they are less stressful to wear.
No one ever explained anything.
Maybe 4 times the charm.
