Signia Connexx software

Greetings everyone, great forum! I have stage 4 hearing loss. I wear 2 devices Signia Pure Charge and Go AX. I am from Kazakhstan. We have very bad service in terms of customization and very weak specialists. For 2 years they can’t adjust my hearing aids correctly. I have always wanted to try it myself. And thanks to your forum I realized that my dream can become a reality!
Can I really download an application, buy a programmer and do it myself without a specialist? If yes, can someone help me to share a link to Connexx? I will be immensely grateful to you!

Hello everyone,

This seems like the right place to ask for the ConnexxSoftware 9 to adjust my Signia Silk 7IX.
May i ask kindly for someone to provide me with the Connexx-Software download?

I assume that i’d need an “ConnexxAir” station to configure them since they don’t support bluetooth.
I’ve found a listing on AliExpress but I wonder if you have a recommended shop to get the ConnexxAir station?

I’m looking forward to learning more about the Connexx software as i really despise having to get an appointment everytime i wan’t to try something different that can’t be done in the lackluster phone-app.

I work in IT and i have a good understanding of how sound / ears / voice understanding work so I’d think (maybe foolishly) that I should be able to improve my profile quite quickly.

Thanks for your help and kudos to what you’re doing with this DIY push - I hate the fact that I cannot use the whole feature-catalog of a device I have bought for a lot of money.
