I am having trouble getting the Noahlink wireless 2 to find and connect with the hearing aids.
Tried it with a pair of Signia 3nx and also Signia 7IX.
Can you offer any advice or guidance please

Hi there, could be a few different reasons, so you only get a few minutes in pairing mode when you try to connect, so you need to open and close the battery door,or for rechargeable just put in and then remove from charger, also be sure that you don’t have the connected to any other bluetooth devices, so turn Bluetooth off on your phone etc
You don’t mention the exact models but I presume the Pure IX and NX right.
Also what windows PC version are you using, as sometimes you may need to reinstall the driver for Noahlink wireless on win11.

Yeah you should be able to update using the “update manager” which can be found in your system tray.

Oh okay, I think I have the work around for you, uninstall Connexx and reinstall in USA or UK, as sometimes it’s country dependant.

Well that’s strange, because it should show the update, could you possibly try another PC/Laptop to see if it’s yours, have you got all your .NET Framework etc up to date
What does update manager show? Does it show 9.12 or 9.13 and just can’t download it or just nothing?
Have you tried shuting down your PC and then restart and try again.
