In what way are you trying to connect?
The only NHS resound Aids that connect just to the App, are the Ambio and the only NHS Resound Aids that allow you to make phone calls and listen to music plus the App, are the Ambio Smart.
For example - Resound Ambio Smart 98 is the most powerful Resound on the NHS.

Thanks for the reply , was in with the audiologist last week for new tubes etc. and when I asked he said they were " wireless " and told me to download Bemore . Did that and still no joy , hence the enquiry . Do you think they will upgrade me if I ask ?

Wireless could be what hearing aids have been for years and you have to buy a Phone Clip to make them Bluetooth

My none-Bluetooth Phonaks are wireless but are not Bluetooth. That being said, the Resound are weird. Some only work with the App and nothing else as the Bluetooth is not all there. Have you followed instructions on how to pair to the App, in case they do work?
It is definity only the Ambio Smart that stream music and phone calls tho.
Whether your hospital will upgrade you, is hit and miss. Some hospitals are still handing out old stock.
Altho Google, comes out with the UP967 DW so maybe they work with the normal Resound App?
If you have an iPhone, go to accessibility, hearing devices and try and pair that way with Bluetooth turned on. You will need to open and close the battery doors of the hearing aids to start the Bluetooth pairing.
This PDF does not mention Bluetooth or even an App so I feel they may be too old for Bluetooth.

It happens a lot, NHS staff giving out wrong information about hearing aids.
They told my friend, her daughter’s does not have Bluetooth when in fact it does.

Like my hospital. They still gave me Ambio 77 after replacing my other ones that broke, most residents where I work have the same model but you already know any way, I complain enough as it is lol. It does not sound like they have bluetooth connectivity @user577
