Thanks for the information! I managed to update the Genie 2 software to the 2025 version using the updater. When I made the post, the updater was saying that there were no updates available, but the next day it worked.

Hello - from the UK - I have an audiologist, who hasn’t helped me so much with my octicon genie 2’s - and I started to dig around and find out that if I purchase a Noah Wireless device and get the softwear link I might be able to adjust them and add programmes - currently I can just switch them on and off - I am very technical and started my career as a sound recordist even though I have always had a hearing problem, so feel that I want to take control more. So happy to find this forum- getting support is hard and you sound like great people, can someone please send me the link - and do you know if it works with Mac’s or just microsoft and do I need to pay for this softwear. Thanks in advance - I know its an old thread now but hoping someone can help. Have a lovely day

Good morning,
I am tempted to purchase a pair of new Oticon Real 1 minirite R for 600 €. This seems to be a fair offer, even though I am aware that there are newer generations out there.
This is why I’m also looking for the Oticon Genie 2 software for self fitting.
EDIT: Found a link online - thanks anyway.
Thanks
