Hi there, strange that this happened, actually a few people have mentioned this to me as well, not sure why some are having an issue like this, but sure it’s available.

Yeah this is my go to “fix” as well, seems it didn’t help for some, they needed a fresh install.

Hi Firenzel, can you please share a link for the Genie 2 software if you have one, Thanks

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available but you’ll also need the correct programming device depending on which models you have, Noahlink wireless for OPN onwards for most.

I would also like the Genie2 download - I have the necessary hardware. Oddly, I had it installed on my PC at one time, but the executable disappeared.

Apologise for hijacking this post too! @firenzel greatly appreciate a copy of Genie 2 thus allowing me to reset the Oticon ConnectClip every time it starts to intermittently drop out…saving me the hassle visiting my audiologist
Many thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, but you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for your projects, be sure to read the user guides as well very handy for setting up the first time, it’s pretty easy to use, anything else just ask or post a new topic in DIY forum.

Couldn’t figure out how to post here so am replying to user267 (sorry).
Also new to the forum with a new pair of Oticon Real 2’s and would like to download the new Genie software. Tried to update my Genie 2016.1 v but no luck. Also it appears Oticon restricts its softwear to “professionals”
Also:
Anyone know if the fittingLink WP-2 will work on the new Oticon Real’s?
