Hello everyone, I’m new here, so please excuse me if I do something wrong. I wear a hearing aid and would like to adjust some settings myself. Could I get the link to download the Oticon Genie 2 software? And one more question: is there any software for reading out logs or error memories? One of my devices switches off uncontrollably from time to time. I’m an electronics engineer… Thank you for your help.
Welcome to the forum @traumer45 great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device, unfortunately there’s nothing in the software for reading error codes as such, you don’t mention the model you have, but sometimes battery contacts, receivers can give issues.
Hi Tenkan! I have the Noahlink on hand can you please send over the Oticon Genie 2 download link please? Would you also please share the setup instructions, thanks.

Hi tenkan,
I’ve been reading here for a while. I’m a Oticon Opn-S1 PP user and would like a link for Genie 2 too. And do you have also the Target software link for my Naida’s?
Thank you in advance!
Greetings from the Netherlands.
Welcome to the forum @rkortrijk great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well, which Naida models do you have?
I will definitely study the manuals and documentation carefully.
As far as the Naidas are concerned, I do have the Naida IX SP (a very old model that still needs to be programmed with a Hi-Pro and cables), but I am going to purchase the Naida Lumity PR or the Oticon Intent miniBTE (on power setting).
However, I am still unsure whether I should wait until the Naida variants of the Infinio series come onto the market in 2026, i.e. the Naida I90 (SP or UP). So I am looking for fitting software from both Oticon and Phonak that also supports the latest models. I then want to program them with the Noahlink2.
I am new to the forum and I am searching for a way to get my new (Oticon Intent) working the way I like :-).
My audiologist seems kind of a experienced person, but he is not an experienced musician so we often talk a “different language” about the settings and features of my HAs.
In different forums about hearing loss I learned that there are possibilities to get the setting software for the Oticon HAs to learn and work with the features modern HAs provide.
I got a brand new Noahlink II device and some paperwork for setup and recommendations for my Intent devices and know that I will be using Windows for a proper setup. May be you can help me getting started with a source for the essential Genie2 software?
Any hints would be more than welcome, especially a German language version would help a lot.
Thank you so much for your help and your contributions to this forum.

Good evening firenzel, i am also looking for the Genie2 Software for my new Oticon Hearing Aids. I want to do some fine adjustments by myself so as not to bother my audiologist with every little thing. Please can you help me?
Hello, my grandfather passed away, and I’ve now received his relatively new Oticon hearing aids. My Oticon Agil hearing aids are already 10 years old, and I just received new Oticon Intent hearing aids on trial. I asked my audiologist to adjust my grandfather’s hearing aids to my hearing. I just had new earmolds fitted. However, my audiologist won’t adjust my deceased grandfather’s Oticon hearing aids to my hearing. So I ordered the Noahlink wireless module, but I’m now looking for the Oticon Genie 2 software to adjust my grandfather’s hearing aids. Does anyone have the software for me? Thank you very much in advance.
