Welcome to the forum @ great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, for the primax platform you’ll need the connexxAir programming device, Noahlink wireless is for NX platform onwards.

Hi there, if anyone could share a link to the Genie software that would be great. I’m using the connectclip with my hearing aid and I want to update the software. Thanks in advance!

Hi there @nkrzysztof great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll probably end adjusting more then the clip over time anyway so you could invest in a Noahlink wireless.

Thank you so much! I downloaded and installed the software. I received the Noahlink yesterday and adjusted the hearing aids today. I removed my grandfather’s settings and adjusted the software to my hearing. They work great now. Thanks again.

Is there a download link for the Genie 2 software to use with my Oticon OpnS? Oticon web site seems to require registration as a professional.

Hello Tenkan, I’ve just joined and can’t see how to post other than writing directly to you.
I am about to get a pair of Ociticon Jet2 and would like to see what setting up is possible. Would you please provide me with the Genie 2 software for this purpose. I know I will also require a Noahlink.
Thank you in advance

Thanks tenkan for your email but I’m confused. The “here” you say to click on to download Genie 2 just takes me to my google account?
I’ve looked in my Google Drive but nothing there.
I don’t normally use Google Drive so I’m not familiar with using it other than storing pics etc.
I’m obviously missing something? Any advice please?
Thank you

Hi, Im also a new user here. But I have been using aids for 10 years.
I might be bad at communicating my needs, and like the original poster I would find it helpfull to see which options the audiologist have. This way i feel i could better voice my needs in regards to settings. And if that fails, get the link box and diy.
So if anyone can help me with a link to the phonak target software, it would be very helpfull.
Thank you.
