Hi,

I'm new here...

I often read the the request for the download link to Genie 2.

But I can't find the link anywhere.

Could someone be so kind to help me?

  • the link to Genie 2 download
  • where to get the Noah link
  • how to set it all up

Where to find the user guide(s)

TIA

Welcome to the forum @jayjay65 great your giving a go,yes be sure to read the user guides before starting plus you'll get the Noahlink wireless on eBay or Amazon etc

Hi there, yeah bummer about that, I always keep a backup on a flash drive for just these types of situations, as you have everything else already I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.

Hello, I have an Oticon Ruby (Iinks) hearing aid and Noahlink Wireless 2. Can people and gentlemen give me a link to download Oticon Genie 2?

Thank you very much once

Hi there @volkmarm great your giving a go, do read the user guides before starting and don't forget you'll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Thank you for the quick response. I already have the programming device.

I need to replace my batteries I noticing s2.

Could you clarify what your asking, are you asking about the rechargeable battery replacement on the older more/real models, if so-no you don't really need genie for that, you can if you wanted to recalibrate new batteries in genie (you'll need the Noahlink wireless as well tho) so you get correct battery level display in your app but otherwise you can just go ahead and change them out, be sure to get the correct batteries,Z22A

I have the older rechargeable set. My batteries say z22 on them and don’t have an “a”.

Will that matter? If I understand you correctly I just need to change the batteries and I will be good to go?

Yeah just like the eBay listing, yes you'll use a pin tool to open the battery door and just replace them, then put them straight on the charger, as mentioned you won't get correct/reliable battery stats though the App.
