Hi firenzel,
Is it still possible to download the Oticon Genie 2 Software? My wife purchased one REAL 1 MINIRITE R and we would like to check the settings.
Thanks!

Hi, folks and especially Firenzel,
I’m so glad to have found this helpful and informative forum. I have been wearing Oticon Open 3 for 4 years. Overall, I am satisfied with Open 3, except for some feedback noise. A few month ago, I was planning to get a new pair of hearing aids. I was torn between Oticon and Widex for a long time, but in the end, I Chose Oticon Real 1.
I have Noahlink and Genie 2022.2. When I received Real 1, I found Genie 2022.2 can not detect Real 1, and Genie 2022.2 could not be updated. From this forum I knew I need Genie 2023. So, if it is convenient, could you please provide me a download link. I would greatly appreciate and share with other people.
So many thanks for any help and advice.

and Genie 2022.2 could not be updated
Why could you not update? You just use the genie updater and a internet connection, the updater is usually in your system tray on your PC.

Hi, Tenkan. I got Genie 2022 from China, where Real 1 have not launched for sale yet. I think maybe it is the reason. Thank you.

Hi, new member here. Im wondering if its possible to get a copy of the programming software for my oticon hearing aids and do I need a noalink and where would I purchase one?
Maybe look at the software first and see if it would be worth it for me to use the software and get a noalink.

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available and that’s a good idea to have a play around with the software, see what’s possible and get a feel for how things work before getting the Noahlink wireless, check out the guides as they have some helpful information.

Hi,
Unfortunately I had to reinstall the windows on my laptop and lost the Genie 2 installation file at the same time. Could someone send me a download link for this program?
Thanks in advance!

Hi folks! Newbie here.
Can I get a link to the Genie2 software, too, please?
I recently got Oticon hearing aids, but the audiologist did not make any adjustments or fine-tuning using the software (at least not with me present). Now I think I could try to tweak a setting or two to make things sound better.
Thank you!

Welcome to the forum, sure, but you’ll also need the correct programming device for any projects.

I am trying to download Genie2 but it is requiring a login/password. Any chance I can have a link to download as well. Many thanks.
