Welcome to the forum, sure, great you have your Noahlink, I would suggest reading the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hi firenzel
Do you mind to share the download link for Genie 2 with me too. I just bought a Oticon real and would like to adjust it on my own a little to get rid of the feedback that only happen in outdoor. Thanks.

Hi there, sure it’s available, have you got your Noahlink wireless all sorted, feedback that’s only noticeable outside sounds strange?

Thanks for the reply, I am getting the device and will be arriving in couple days, just missing the software. And yes, feedback only come when I am outdoor, especially in crowded place like restaurant and subway station. No feedback at all when I am at home or in audiologist’s office.

Yeah that’s confusing, this isn’t usually how feedback works, so must be when it switched to a noisy environments program, some adjustments could be made there, but the most common reason for feedback is poorly fit domes or molds, so it should do this in any environment.

Hello, I would like to buy Oticon devices and set them up myself. Unfortunately I don’t have the software for it. I have the hardware. Is it possible to get a link for it? Greetings from Germany
