After installing I saw that the Real family is missing. Adding requires an installation code. How can I resolve this problem?

I’ve never heard of this issue, can you show a screenshot of this asking for a code, what version of windows are you using?
Do you get the same issue if you install USA country dependant with some models.

Welcome to the forum, sure but don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your projects.
Yeah it’s not always easy for the clinic’s to get things sounding how we perceive, so do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, yes the Noahlink wireless is fine, although some types don’t have wireless, so long as you have bluetooth wireless models your good to go.

Hi there! I was wondering if anyone could send me a link for the latest Oticon Genie 2023 software? I have the Real 1 and feeling frustrated with my audiologist who doesn’t seem to know the program that well. I realize I still need to get a Noahlink Wireless to get this to work. Thank you!
