Hi everybody! I just got the noahlink wireless device and I been trying to connect my oti real 1 to the pc but I just realized that the am in need of the oticon genie 2 2023…… I got an older version and it doesn’t connect to the oticon at all…. Can I get the download link? Or any pointers where can be found? Thank you all in advance!

Do you have the Genie 2 2023 user manual in PDF format? I would like to read DIY instructions as I go. This will be very helpful. I am motivated and excited to learn this software.

Here’s a story about my situation with my 4 1/2-year-old Oticon Xceed 1 Up bilateral hearing aids.
I had seen my audiologist a dozen times trying to balance and map both sides of my hearing aids with minimal success. It was a challenge going from analog to digital hearing aids. I missed the analog sounds and spent the majority of my life relying on them. My old hearing aids had quit and had to purchase new ones stated above. The digital sounds were not quite the same and was discouraged from having to deal with it. I’ve spent 4 1/2 years feeling anxious about working with my audiologist and never quite set up the way I had hoped for. I felt the “light at the end of the tunnel” slowly diminish until I came across this forum!
I wanted to say thank you for giving us the freedom to map our own hearing aid devices!
