Oticon Genie 2 2023 download?

Have any had difficulties to update Genie 2 ? I have auto update activated, and when it asks to update, I accept it - but nothing happens. Have they blocked updates somehow ?

No I haven’t heard of them blocking updates, try updating using genie updater from your system tray, another thing is some updates are country dependant, so what version have you got at the moment?

So you could try installing changing to USA or UK country and then try again, this actually happened to a lot of us when trying to 2024, it took like days and trying many times before it finally worked, another thing to turn your PC off ( not a reboot but a complete shut down) turn back on and then try again.

Hi, I purchased my Oticon Intent 1 last year and would love to be able to program my hearing aids myself. I realize I need the Noahlink but would like to see what the latest version of Genie 2 program is like before ordering it. Thank You very Much.

Welcome to the forum great your giving a go, just do some research and read the user guides before jumping in, as this’ll make things easier to set up on your first project, get the Noahlink wireless and in sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hi firenzel I am betty from austria i woul dlike to ask if you can help me to get hold of the genie 2. I would like to use for my mother zircon 2 second hand hearing aid she is from the philippines so she doesnt have insurance. Thank you i would greatly appreciate if you can help me with this. Danke

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go for your mum, but do your research and read the user guides before attempting to set up for someone else, and don’t forget you’ll need the correct programming device as well.

@firenzel Hi, Just joined and was wondering if I can get the Genie software link as well. I have the Real 3 MiniRITE R’s. Thanks in advance. I have Parallels on my Mac and I’ll look for the Noahlink wireless.

Just found out I’ll need at least the 2025.1.1 version of the Genie 2 software if someone would be kind enough to PM me the link for it.

Not 100% no but according to GROK, thats what I need. if the older versions will update then I guess I’ll take what I can get.
