Is there a way to raise very soft sounds in Phonak Target?

I have M70 and P70 and both are extremely muted in terms of hearing noise.

I would like to raise the very soft sounds but both on the M70 and P70, the software feels it knows better and what I want.

Is there a way around raising the very soft sounds and not just reducing them?

The M70 has TK35 gain adjustment located at the bottom of the fine tuning page and the P90 has soft sound adjustment in program on fine tuning page

I’ve seen them but they don’t allow me to actually raise them.

The soft sound reduction just lets me reduce them.

The TK35 lets me increase it by 1dB but that makes no difference. Nothing else.
