Phonak P30 UP startup tone

The startup tone on my P30’s has gone from faint to nothing, well I can’t hear it. Target is blank for this setting so I can’t adjust it. Any thoughts?

That’s a bit strange they don’t allow for adjustments on the P30 model, are you sure, but regardless, how’s your hearing, as you could check the to begin with.

My start up tone went faint when ear hook was partly blocked when I came out of the swimming pools.

There is an option to increase loudness of beeps and frequencies but can’t think off hand where in the software.

Think it’s Device Options?!?! Can’t be sure tho!

Not the hooks or tubes.
Used roger mic and its there but very faint, unlike the other tones.
Tried unticking and reticking the box and startup delay times but no change, time will tell if it’s the start of something more serious.

Is there not an option for loudness and frequency range of the beeps?!

There has been for every single Phonaks I’ve self programmed on Target.

I’m just not at home to check software.

It’s not in the same section as delayed start up tho.

If the Roger Mic is also faint, it may be an issue with something else. Drying them out won’t do any harm tho, it’ll only help.

It is in Device Options, according to the Target user handbook.

As @Zebras says, this isn’t where you adjust the presence of not of the start up delay, but rather in the section where you adjust “signals and alerts”.

Thanks but tried all those with no luck. Strange that the other tones are so loud.
