I recently bought an Oticon ConnectClip v1.1. When I connect it to Genie 2 2023.2.1, it shows no update for ConnectClip (N/A shows). Why is Genie cannot see last firmware version? And which version of ConnectClip I have really - 1.1 or 1.3?
