I haven’t been on this forum in quite awhile and see there’s a Philips 9050 now. I’ve been doing my own programming for a couple years but since I don’t need to make changes often, have to recall the steps every time. This time, my Noahlink driver and Philips Hearsuite program are apparently gone from my computer. I was able to download the Noahlink driver, but not finding Hearsuite downloadable. Does it make sense that this program could have been pulled from my computer? Is there a way to get it again for the 9030s? Thx

Actually there is, also the Noahlink wireless is plug and play, in very rare cases you need to reinstall the diver’s for Win11.

Hi there, not sure what you mean, as in what did you do? You did read the first fit and fine tuning guides I sent right, But you can easily go back to your original audiology settings with your first client you made up, easy as no worries.

Hello All, I’ve had my new Costco Philips 9050 ’s for about a week. Mostly pretty satisfied with them, except for a couple of minor annoyances that can apparently be resolved by the fitter.
It was suggested that I download the HearSuite software to better understand all the configuration options before I go back for my first adjustment. For example, in looking at the docs, I see these items…
I’d like to know what each of those options are, what they do, how they interact with one another. One issue I have: In listening to music with higher frequency sustained notes, I hear a tremolo or trilling or flanging, or as one wag so succinctly put it, TTAF… Talking Through a Fan.
It was suggested that the fitter can fix this with a music program; I’d like to know what options must be selected to effect this change.
So, I’m lined up for the link, and say, “thank you” in advance.

Can someone send me a link, as well?
I still have my Noahlink from my Phonak programming adventures, but haven’t attempted to fiddle with my Phillips yet. They’re actually just sitting in the charger because they are so poorly programmed and I don’t have time to deal with the in-store adjustments.
