I know Ive got Reciever 03 at home starting number is 1345 which may be is not associated with easy gain, and it has to be 15XX? Am I right?
I am not a pro here, but I thought the number issue was for eligibility to transfer the license to a Roger direct receiver. If you’re going to use it in the x receiver I’d think it should work.

Good evening, I saw that you are quite experienced with the naida lumity 90 Up Bte devices, I need some advice!
I tried the naida lumity 70 Bte, outside in noise it is perfect, as long as people are talking next to me, from a distance I don’t understand! max 2 m! The problem is at home, in quiet environments it sounds a bit loud I think and I don’t understand clearly! What could I say to my audiologist to improve my hearing clearly! The noises in the house seem a bit loud to me, the washing machine, the coffee maker!

This is completely normal for first time users of , all these sounds you haven’t heard for many a year, you could ask your Audiologist to just do basic change to set your HAs to 70-80% of gain to begin with and over time (weeks, months) be increased to 100%, among other things, but sometimes just starting with this simple thing can help.

Thanks for the answer, I’ve been using hearing aids since I was 20, I’m 40 now, I used Starkey psna now..but now I want a Phonak! The best for me is Naida Lumity, I’m trying 70 Bte, but I think 90 might help me more! I don’t know what to do with the understanding, it seems like it’s loud and unclear! In the car for example, I don’t understand the people behind me or vice versa, in the house I don’t understand next to me but I can hear the washing machine very loudly! I really want to achieve a setting that I’m happy with and buy it after the 2 weeks of trial!

Oh well that changes things if you’ve been using for that long, Nadia are good aids but really the “best” is what works “best" for you, you have lots of options on other brands that can easily fit your loss, have you tried Costco?
But your issue sounds like a bit too much low frequencies ( booming, Bass etc) have you got other programs set up for different environments, if so are you getting the same issues, have you installed the Phonak App on your phone? try some adjustments there to see if it helps.

I haven’t tried Costo! Where can I find them? Are they for a big loss like mine? I only read about them here, I don’t think they are available in Romania! I have the phonak application, I’ve tried up, down… I’ve turned the volume down, turned up the bass… there’s not much difference! The problem is that I can’t even hear certain sounds… the spark from the electric stove, the beep from the security alarm keyboard, I can’t hear anything! What kind of sounds are they? Do you know? High, medium, low?

I tried a Unitron ric and a Signia ric but they weren’t for me! I haven’t tried Phonak ric! I don’t know if it covers my loss, I’m waiting for opinions from the most experienced! Any advice is welcome! Thanks

Phonak Sphere with UP power will definitely cover your hearing loss. Look at my ; mine is worse than yours, but I still wear Oticon Intent 1 RIC. And I prefer them to .

oh your in Europe, pop over to the UK for a holiday maybe ; )

Probably medium to high, use a frequency analyzer from the App store to find the exact frequency.

Why not I wonder? The Unitron are the same as Phonak so I’m guessing you won’t like those either, but it’s all in the programming how one perceives this, so you do need to trial and have them adjusted until your happy before buying, time consuming sometimes, no one can tell you which brand/models you’ll end up liking, hearing is very subjective for each individual.
I think you may as well try to get what your using now adjusted more to your liking, no doubt your using custom molds right?

I agree. UP receiver in new Infinio line is very good so that has broader frequency response than P. You could at least give it a try.
Probably in Spring 2026 will be Naida Infinio, but in Aug 2026 there probably will be new Phonak generation od hearing aids.
EDIT: there is Phonak Audeo Infinio (Ultra) Sphere announced on the Phonak international website. However I don’t know about if it has improvements worth to consider. Maybe longer battery life if their statement is true.
