I’m looking for a link to the Oticon Genie 2 fitting software. I already have a NoahLink Wireless I use with SmartFit software to keep my Resound up to date. I want to use the Genie software to do the same for my wife’s Oticon HAs.

Hi everyone!
If I am off-topic, please point me in the right direction.
I just bought a pair of Oticon Reveal 1 miniRITE hearing aids. I’m having an issue with the hands-free function ; specifically, the person I’m talking to on the phone hears me very faintly. I understand that adjusting the device settings might improve this. I contacted an audiologist who is an Oticon representative, but they refused to help because I bought the devices abroad. I know I also need a Noahlink Wireless 2, but I’d like to know if I can get hold of the Genie 2 software; otherwise, there’s no point in ordering the hardware, especially since it’s quite expensive from European websites. I should mention that the phone is an iPhone 17 Pro Max and I’m an electronics engineer working for a communications company, so I believe I know which settings to avoid touching to ensure I don't mess up their proper functioning. Can anyone help me get this software?
Thanks a lot !!!
