Hi. I have the Octicon Zeal. I’m ordering a Noahlink wireless. Would you have the version of Genie 2 that would work with it? Thanks.

Greetings. I would like to become proficient at maintaining the settings of my daughter’s Oticon hearing aids; can someone kindly share a link to the Genie 2 software? I applied online via Oticon but nor sure if the request will be acknowledged nor if there’s a charge for the Genie 2 software.
Thank you/warm regards

Welcome to the forum @Zane1, how old is your daughter? as it’s not recommended to do for others, you’ll need to do your research and understand what you doing, you definitely won’t get anything from Oticon directly and you don’t pay for software, it’s free to the Audiologist to use, plus you’ll need the necessary hardware.
