My computer is blocking the download. What should I do? I have the option to keep. Just don’t know if I should since I am new. Thank you.

Why is it “blocking” not sure what you mean, why not try a different browser to download and install, very easy to do, but are you sure your wanting to do ? Remember to read the user guides before jumping in, know what you want to achieve before making any changes etc

I tried three browsers. It’s basically asking me if I am sure about this file. They can’t verify if it’s safe. I clicked keep and it downloaded. I’ll be honest. I’ve unzipped it but haven’t executed it yet. No offense. I don’t have the Noah yet so I figure it won’t hurt to wait a bit to actually install. My gut tells me you’re a good person and the file is good. Thank you helping me. Doug

Oh I see what you mean, yeah just ignore it, anti virus software can sometimes interfere with the install as well, funny thing is the manufacturers recommend turning off when installing.

Great. Thank you very much. I can’t wait to get started. Which technically I have started. Watching videos. Reading ect. Where would you suggest to purchase Noah? I noticed there’s a Noah link 2 now. Anyways. I am having trouble navigating this forum. Your msg popped up and I clicked it but it didn’t take me here. I had to look for about five min to find it. I will figure it out though My left hearing aid has feedback. Audiologist made it a little better but not perfect. I can turn my volume down and make it better. I’ve tried every dome except tulips. Sure no problem, you can use any Noahlink wireless, doesn’t have to be the MK 2 model, right now there’s some Airlink 2 on eBay, very good price
For persistent feedback issues sometimes it’s just better to have custom made molds.

Says no adapters or cables. Wonder if they’re easy to get? Also does that need converted to a Noah link? Thank you. Bout to buy that. Just wanna make sure about it. Thank you

Yeah very easy to get the cable, just a std printer cable work’s, you probably won’t have to update the firmware as these are all used units and would have the firmware already, but super easy to if you needed to.

My airlink 2 gets here by Wednesday. Also. The video courses in the smart fit educational section using search about using smart fittings and new features since the may 2025 update. I’ve been recording and putting on YouTube. Private link for now. Didn’t want them to get taken down. All those questions I had have been answered because of them. Learning A lot. Thank you to everyone who’s been helping. Is it against rules to post YouTube links here?
Question. When I upload my hearing aids will my load? I requested it the other day. Also where it says first time user section. Will whatever the audiologist enter show up? I don’t think it will. I see him this week. Going to ask him questions like that. Talk to you all later. Doug
