Hi there @tjweber yeah that’s an older version, hard to say if there’s an update to the firmware for your older models, but if there is SmartFit will advise you once connected, sorry I can’t offer anything on your Apples issues, I’m Android only.

I have just found out that it is possible to program Resounds at home, can someone send me the link of Smart Fit? I guess I will have to buy the Noahlink too.

Does the standard Smart Fit software recognize Amplifon/GAES serial numbers, or are they locked? Is there any known workaround to detect them?

Hi there @santiagomc great your willing to give a go, yeah but I think you’ll be locked out being Amplifon, but not all brands are locked, I know Phonak Amplifon can be programmed, so worth a shot I guess.

I recently bought some ReSound Omnia hearing aids and I’m looking into the NoahLink Wireless, but I can’t find where to download the ReSound Smart Fit 2.1 software.

I’d be interested in gaining access to the user guides and any video’s if available. Does the software have a demo mode? I’d like to learn a bit before deciding whether or not to delve into the route.

Just picked up my new jabra enhanced pro 30 and found my software version 1.1 does not support them, Could somebody be so kind as to direct me to a link to updated version that will work with these.

Hi there @HalfEar great your willing to give a go, yes read the user guides and SmartFit has a demo simulation mode, great for learning how things work, obviously you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device at some point for your projects.

I think most people only update if they actually need to anyway, but just use the updater, it’s probably country dependant on when it’s available tho.
