Hi there, yeah so have you got your Noahlink wireless programming device, as that’s needed for any projects.

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Unitron ‘Customer’ Tru Fit program and the ‘Professional’ one ? I’ve managed to download the ‘Customer’ version but if anyone has the ‘Professional’ version I would be grateful for a link.

I’m confused by this, as there’s only the one version for the professional to use, there’s no “customer” version software because there’s no way they want just anyone programming thier .

Just an update. I’ve unzipped the program and the Install Guide states…
Unitron TrueFit™ fitting software

I replied to your post with a link to the software download but this has now disappeared - are links not allowed ? The software program shows as
UnitronTrueFitCustomer5.6.0.28563-2024.05.02.zip. It was the ‘Customer’ bit that confused me.

Hi there, yeah it’s best to not post these types of things, we all like to talk about our projects, questions etc, but anyways really glad you got it sorted in the end.
Cheers

Hi there, great your giving a go, although it’s pretty easy in most cases, the type with size 10 batterys can be a little fiddly, some are NW (non wireless) do you have the wireless models, if yes you could use the Noahlink wireless programming device, if no it’ll be HiPro and cables with flex connectors.

Actually the cables are the Phonak CS44A, not sure what the “white” cables are, just another name from Unitron I guess.

Yeah okay no flex connectors needed, just remove the battery door and plug them in, nice.
