I like them. Got them to pair with the TV Connector. Having a struggle with the Smart Mic. Their instructions are not very good or even available.Phone support is very good

Agree they are good , the Connexx software is pretty good as well, I take it it’s the Reach models you have?

I also like the Reach but find the Connexx software a bit harder to use then the phonak Target. The app is amazing and I might not have to use fitting software to get the aids to my liking. Costco did a nice job on my fitting and followup so the adjustments I can get from the app might be all I need.

I am interested in the Reach. Like my Phonak P90r I have heard that the Reach’s can simultaneously connect to an iPhone and iPad without having to do any reconnecting. Is that true? Thanks
