Not sure if anyone can help. I own Oticon Xceed. I have done some of my own adjustments. The problem is when l,watch movies with my subwoofer and sound bar. When their is action scenes when bombs or gunshot going off. It sound compress or flat. I have add some screen shots.

Have you set up a separate program just for watching TV/movies, or ConnectLine TV adapter?

Use the Oticon Music Program, it should be fine.
It’s in the Program Manager settings.

You do not have the Music Program activated.
Go to the Program Manager Screen, and Enable Music.
The screencaps you show are for the general program, and the settings are wrong.
Also, if you have closed molds, or vents, you’re blocking the Sub sounds because you need some venting to allow low frequencies in.
Might help to post your using the Top of the forum screen and choosing my hearing tests.
