Well chutes,
If my audiologist doesn’t want to get back with Oticon, I guess I’ll be out of luck.
I haven’t heard back yet from my audiologist.

It depends on the fitting formula.

I have VAC+ on P1 and DSE on P2 so as I have VAC+ on P1, it’s given me the soft speech booster.

It might explain why mine disappeared as I was using on P1.

I finally heard back from my audiologist.
Here is her response.

spoke to Oticon and they said that the reason you do not have it as an option is because of the way with have the noise management in the hearing aid set it is basically on all the time so it will not show up unless we change some of your settings

I don’t want to change any settings. It took quite a few adjustments to get where I am.
I was just hoping to improve my listening experience with speech in noise setting better than what it is now.
