Unable to use Noahlink Wireless programmer using Sound designer fitting tool?

Hi,
I have purchased the Noahlink Wireless recently but unable to use it.
I want to program Hearing Aid wirelessly using Noahlink Wireless programmer through Sound Designer fitting tool. But I am unable to do? Can anyone help out with this issue?

As we have taken Onsemiconductor reference hearing aid model with sound designer fitting tool.
Sound Designer fitting tool is also a Hearing Aid fitting software supported by On semi . Below I have attached a link will give more information on Sound designers.

I updated the firmware on mine I just bought, as well as loaded the driver for it.

After that was pretty straight forward

Thank you for the efforts made to participate in discussion.

Conclusion:

  • Using a NOAHlink™ Wireless, then it requires its driver and the Noahlink SDK DLLs provided by HIMSA. To verify that the driver is installed when plugged in, open the Device Manager and verify that Noahlink Wireless is present under HIMSA. See https://www.himsa.com/en-us/download/noahlinkwireless.aspx5 if it isn’t. Contact HIMSA to acquire the Noahlink SDK DLLs. The path to those DLLS is set when using the Sound Designer SDK. The Sound Designer SDK supports NOAHlink Wireless version 1.3.0.
  • In Website link3, the supplier contains the list of supplier of fitting tool who are certified from HIMSA. So Noahlink Wireless supports those suppliers without any external Noahlink SDK DLLs.
