Hello, I have the noahlink wireless device and the oticon genie 2 v2020.2 software. I just got a pair of the oticon reveal 1 miniRITE R, and need to be able to access these h/a. The genie 2 v2020.2 doesn't seem to want to update or recognize these new aids. I understand there is an updated 2026 version? I have read on here that some of you have to enter in a password? Is that a requirment now to use the new software? Would I be able to even get the newest version of this software?

Hi there, you should be able to update using the Genie2 Updater from your system tray, sometimes you just need to shut down your PC not a reboot but a complete shut down, then restart and open genie, be sure to have a decent internet connection.

Hello I have Oticon More 1 and Genie 2 2023 (older version) and already have Noahlink Wireless, can you please provide my with latest Genie 2 software version? we are attempting to examine how much it can help actually (we are interested in testing it out, then we would ask for fitting by a professional locally later on possibly)

Hi there, best way is to just use the Genie2 Updater, (sometimes you have to try a few times before you get the pop up to install)
