Hi @tenkan,
I would like to request the Genie 2 software. I have Oticon More 1 and have ordered the Noahlink Wireless.
I suffer from fluctuating hearing loss (Sussac syndrome) and need to be able to adjust my aids frequently at home. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

After a SHL incident in my left ear, and many subsequent years of trying ’s of various sorts, and professionally fitted, I pretty much gave up wearing aids because none of them seemed to help, or they even made things worse. However, I was recently fitted with Oticon Intent 1’s, and I have experienced actual improvement in my hearing! I am an EE, sort of guy, and in the past, I obtained the necessary hardware and software to tweak the programing in some of my older HA’s. Now that I have settled on this Oticon product, I want to be able to tweak the settings myself that the audiologist has pre-determined, without having to revisit and iterate. I understand that I will need to obtain a Noahlink device for the Bluetooth connection. Is there a source to obtain the software? Thanks for your help!
Bill

I would also like the link to download Genie 2. I have Oticon Intent. I had access to software years ago for a different set of aids. I’ve moved and my long time audiologist has retired, so want to see if I can add to one of my channels by myself. I also have read that I need NoahLink (had a neck loop in a previous incarnation). Thanks much for helping.

Hi there @ldowling5 yeah good idea to do a little on your later models, and yes it’s the Noahlink wireless programming device you’ll need, eBay and Amazon seem to be the place’s to buy one, as you’ve done this before I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hi! @tenkan It looks like you have the Oticon Genie software. I’d like to try a simulation before purchasing a hearing aid. Could you share the software with me?

Hello @tenkan, I just purchased the Oticon Zeal and would love to tinker with my own presets. I previously tuned audio systems and it seems a shame that they don’t make this readily available for those of us that want to do our own tuning based on our reference sources! I would appreciate a link, and would love to dive into the documentation. I ordered a Noahlink Wireless 2, and I’m excited to have some freedom to tune a couple of additional presets. Thank you
