good evening. I have been programming my hearing aids for years but my Genie 2 won’t update past 2020.1! If at all possible I would really appreciate a link to the latest Genie 2 if possible please? Thank you

Welcome to the forum @BeZZ great your giving DIY a go, but please be sure that you know exactly what/how to plan your project for her, read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, plus Genie2 has a demo simulation mode, so do make use of it! just so you know how the software works, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hello, fairly recent SSD and been provided with a Ponto 5 on a soft band to evaluate before considering surgery for the abutment.

Would like to try more adjustments of the device as appointments with audiology are just too far apart and too brief to really refine the profile (and so few settings on the app).

Welcome to the forum @Rob_London I don’t think you can use Genie2 software for adjustments, Genie Medical software is required and not sure CI stuff is available.

Thanks did not see the SW they used.

Why they think they can set all parameters in a quiet room is beyond me, all seems fine until you walk into the real world! You think they might simulate background noise and hubbub in the room to test how well the device is set up.

I’ll have to book another appointment its so annoying that we have so little control as the end user

I switched to Oticon Intent 1 minirite and would like to get a copy of the Genie 2 software.
