Well, it’s not an older model, and it’s not just the Infinio, but the Sphere infinio (70). This means that it’s the infinio with the Sphere chip. The 70 denotes that it’s the Sphere with moderate strength noise reduction., as opposed to the 90, which has full strength noise reduction.

So I’m wondering if when I ride my moto, can I Bluetooth music to my hearing aids while Turning off the wider wind and engine sounds-.like my AirPods pro can do

Yes you can. With the Phonak Bluetooth there is a slider in the App that allows you to turn off the surrounding sounds. The effect is that it doesn’t switch them completely off in my experience, unlike Oticon, which has a mute button that switches off surrounding sounds completely. You’ll have to see if it works for you. One person I recall on here wasn’t happy as they wanted sounds muted competely.

It also depends on how occluded your acoustic coupling is. Entering an may help determine if you need custom earmolds.
If there is too much ventilation, there is a straight way for noise to enter the eardrum without being processed by the hearing aid.
