The audiologist have the ability to adjust the separate programs for Roger and Bluetooth streaming. In each of the streaming progamms the frequencies can separately edited and changed to fuller volume.

Yes I have usually asked for the volume to be turned down a little when I first got new aids - and then after a week or so gone back to have it turned up again. I did the same this time but it is much worse than I’ve ever had before. Hopefully I will get something sorted next week. Thanks for your replies.

Huh. It happens to me quite often. Most restaurant/bar/pub places. Some stores. Especially like supermarket or Costco checkout areas. It happened at a supermarket deli counter the other night. People were buzzing about chatting and laughing, and kids were there. I looked at the guy behind the case and it was like we were in a room by ourselves, with a party in the next room over. I could hear that it was happening, but I had to speak up for the guy to hear me.

My wife often tells me I’m speaking too quietly when it is in spherical mode. My own voice seems a bit loud to me.
